Hello to everyone who understands information security. Saying "protect your personal data online" is easy, but how do you do it? Let's start with the basics. Personal information, or PII, is a characteristic assigned to any data that can identify a specific person. Your address, email address and phone number are considered PII in the traditional sense, but you also need to be mindful of the hidden information that identifies you online, such as IP addresses, connected devices and social media pages.

Hi. There are many ways to protect your data. In practice, there are several groups of protection methods, including: physical and software obstruction of the intended thief; control or influence on elements of the protected system; masking, or data conversion, usually by cryptographic means; and the method I use is tokenization. I usually order this service from trusted data tokenization vendors. You can too, if you need it.

I agree with this opinion. There are a lot of fraudsters these days, so it's important to be able to protect your data.

Good evening. By the way, I chose outdated database migration to optimize costs. Maintaining legacy systems that store legacy data is difficult and expensive, find more here. It takes a lot of resources and effort just to maintain them, not to mention the scaling or integration with the rest of the company's IT infrastructure.
